Block.one will probably define the parameters for eligability in their proposal, if they do one, however, anyone is free to propose anything to the network.

Binance really dropped the ball with withdrawals after mainnet. I hope they start taking eos more seriously. I think as we progress with the development of this dancing landscape of chaos, they will have no choice. Also, the DEX's built on eos will ruin most exchanges because they are middle men, by definition.

Some things are being ironed out as far as governance and sudo power and referendums, but once that stuff is in place, you shouldn't have an issue proving these tokens belong to you and you lost your private keys.
Just go introduce yourself and tell them what happened. You registered more than once and lost track of the correct private key.

noob question: i have EOS in my eos wallet for a long time now, and never did anything with it except voting for 3 BP's during the mainnet launch. I just figured out how to sign in using Scatter and i saw the airgrap function in the eostoolkit so i also did that. But now i noticed that i can only see 10 out of my 100 EOS. It seems that 90 eos are staked and 10 eos not, automaticly. What is best to do, stake the other 10 eos as well or? And is there maybe something else i should do with my eos account while i am at it?

by staking eos you get access to the eos network's resources. You can always unstake your eos if you are not using all the cpu.

Well, these actions are actually meant for dapp developers. Most likely, as a user of most eos dapps in the future will not require you to interact with eos at all if you don't want to. The dapp developers will be taking care of all this in the background.

I have 30 eos staked for playing eos knights. Almost never run out of cpu resources. Most of the times it takes less than 10. Running congestion periods, CPU requirements allotment will decrease.

no matter what, mass adoption still has a long way to go in every blockchain project, we are still very early adopters, many blockchain projects don't even have a working backend product.. Mainstream will only come after the front end part is being build. IMO.

Im not so close to this drama, up to 32MB blocks were expected, but some miners have their own settings (e.g. processing only 2MB blocks max) - it was useful data for the next test at the very least (showing propogation of block delays etc). Fun times ๐

PEN (DEXEOS PENNY) token will be issued for the number of decimals processing.
1 PEN = 0.00000001 EOS, Stable token with a fixed price (8 decimal places).
PEN token is used as a way to extend the number of decimals to 8 digits. Notice that it is not related to the exchange tokens that will be issued by DEXEOS.

The order was available only with the 4 decimal digits price and with the integer unit quantities. It will be changed to the 8 decimal digits price and the 4 decimal digits quantities for the order.
For example, if you trade two specific Dapp token for 0.00001 EOS, the price for this order becomes 0.00002 EOS. This was not available to be processed on the P2P exchange DEXEOS by blockchain transaction. In this case, by adopting PEN token, we can transfer 2,000 PEN instead of 0.00002 EOS on blockchain.
So you can collect PEN tokens and sell them back to DEXEOS as 0.0001 EOS per 10,000 PEN units.
