I believe greylisting only allows Blocktwitter to utilize the resources that he/she/they paid for, not anymore. Under normal conditions an account could get more that they paid for if the resources are available

and setting a minimum hardware standard isn't any extra law burden. Having stable, fast, reliable hardware is a pretty important thing, and having consistent CPU times means less speculation and easier targets to hit when trying to determine cost

Cause the „public“ starts with Eos...

The private key is secret. It unlocks and pairs with your public key. They are a pair, not separate. You only keep the private key separate and hidden. The public key you set permissions with on your account.

At first you need a deposit of 0,05 BTC. But the transaction costs are 0,00001 BTC A friend deposited/transfered 0,5 BTC for me because he's in China (needed to transfer from his account to my account and then through a wallet to his wallet) I tried to withdrawal 0,4999 BTC but it got frozen, contacted support and they said for verification it needed 0,05 btc. I deposited it, nothing. They said the problem was because of the transaction fees so I needed to deposit 0,051 BTC for the account to be verified

Scatter is more like a encryption system. Once you enter your private key, scatter encrypts it and allows you to directly access a lot of other reasons related websites and dapps.

Just did a malware scan

I have my account set up like this: I use a alarm bot to notify me of any activity on my account name. @EOSAlarmEBot Owner permission has a private key / Public key (cold storage, paperwallet, safety deposit box buried 6 feet deep) Active permission has a separate keypair (used for everyday activities connecting to dapps etc etc) If my everyday activities (ACTIVE keys) ever get me in trouble and my keys are compromised, I can dig up my owner keys and "change the locks" on my active permission. (https://eostoolkit.io/account/permissions) If you have your tokens STAKED then you have the added security of 3 days (72 hours) to change your keys before a hacker can move your tokens off your account.

I did not register before 1 June, but my ETH address is in the snapshot_unregistered file. I have generated a EOS fallback key via Scatter, but I don't think it is useable (yet)? On https://eosauthority.com/blog/what_to_do_if_you_are_unregistered_EOS_Token_holder I keep seeing to Please Wait ( last update was on 30 August). A end to end solution is currently being tested. If you unstake 1 eos it takjes 3 days. If you go 2 days later and unstake 1 more eos, it takes 3 more days for the first one also. Each new "unstake" action resets the timer.
