One reason I wanted to change both and tell me if i'm incorrect but, my worry is let's say I try to claim tokens on a new network and it's a scam. If I don't change the owner keys the scammers would be able to change my EOS permissions and I would be helpless correct?

The sudden release of pixelmaster came as a unfortunate suprise to us. @cryptopixapp is the result of an extensive research of months by computer science students from the Delft Technical University and a startup. Goal was to find out if it is possible to make a long lasting game on EOS that could attract regular people (outside the current EOS community). Off the top of my head idea. Maybe this is part of REX (im still reading up on that topic)?: What if the 'fee' you pay to buy or sell RAM is based on a function of how much RAM you have available? If I have very little RAM available, I should be able to buy some for free. If I have an unused amount that is in the 1st percentile, it costs you your first born to buy more. To be clear, not the price you pay for RAM. The 0.5% fee or whatever its set at right now.

I think a lot of the newer projects use a recent snapshot when dropping to eos token holders. A daily snapshot is provided by eos New York I believe. There are also air grabs and other airdrops you may need to register for.

Where exactly is the problem? Have you registered your eos erc20 before mainnet? If so, do you have your eos keys? If so, put the pkey in scatter desktop. If you failed to register, use the article i linked for you

The greymass team mentioned that sometimes eos that's being unstaked doesn't automatically return and you have to manually claim them. They added a claim function in their wallet.

I'm 100% I registered properly. I even assisted two friends in registering and walking them through it. Eos Authority says "You had a total of X Eos on Launch" Says my Eos is accessible with keys matching (public key)

Yes exactly. When I registered and received my public and private keys I copied and pasted them. Printing them out, made multiple copies. I've checked the Pvt key character amount is 51 as well

Probably not it but in linux i had the problem once that copy and pasting added an invisible character which I had to delete by hitting backspace once.

I think the whole voting system is flawed, there are just to many BP's and you can't bother block.one to go through all of them. There will be more and more BP's so it will be even harder in future. In RL you have candidates you vote for, here there are just too many candidates to choose from, some prefiltering is much needed, for example an algorithm chooses the fastest 100, and people vote for those.
