Hi. I have registered my EOS in Exodus before June where I keep few coins. After June I have also bought additional EOS on Binance which are still kept on Binance exchange. Wrong, bps take %1 not %5. And the rest is resting in a separate account for future worker proposal system. But upcoming referendum can change this by giving this and forthcoming %4 to REX users who are voting and leasing their bandwidth to others users.

RAM is expensive. I want to transfer token 100 users who have never receive my token before and i also have to pay RAM for saving record on contract for tracking token balance. After calculation, i have to pay 246$ for transferring tokens to 100 fresh users. 2. if i also want to create account on EOS for them then i will have to cost $233 for RAM used for creating account for 100 users. Note: it's the least minimum price i calculated.

1. Airgrabs yes, approximately 240 bytes. Airdrops not until you transfer them. 2. Not automatically, you'll still be storing an entry for 0 tokend in your ram. Some tokens, such as Infinicoin have a close action to get rid of the RAM usage. Others might not.

genral question i am having same problem of privacy ! i have some financial data and want to store but cannot store it on chain if i store it locally then it will not be called decentrilized if i save on chain then it cannot be protected well. what should be done ! Someone sugested me to store it encrypted but this approach failed when you share the data with someone else because the data can only be decrypted by the person who own the encryption keys

Yes, there are a few. There are still some limitations using a ledger though, not all actions are possible. For example, transactions changing account permissions aren't supported quite yet when signing via a ledger. Consider how you want to arrange your accounts and owner/active keys. Wallets include scatter desktop, bloks.io desktop, fairy wallet, greymass.

the best security you can have is to have your accounts active permission be different from the owner permission and then log into tools only using the private active key. If that gets compromised you can quickly change your keys using your offline owner key. you tokens will be nice an organized in your single account. you can view that account with a block explorer by searching the account name on bloks.io and viewing the balances if you don't want to use a wallet now.

Be aware, optimization is occuring regularly, so that's likely to only improve over time. It's a young network, and even still, you get more transactions for the dollar than any other network and faster

We actually do have the start of this work being undertaken. As well as general data layout and cache friendliness to speed up all operations. As Dan has hinted at we are going to take all the low hanging fruit before attempting the exotic

Yep, basically means it's harder to develop new features to a live chain. Changing a wheel on a moving armored truck kinda thing. Will need rolling out on testnet first and co-ordination across the ecosystem to prepare for the fork. Sounds like Dan will publish a medium post soon

it is odd because staking cpu does work fine on the mainnet. You could try cpu emergency to delegate 1 EOS to your account to see if that somehow "unblocks" things for you

As much as I like the idea behind Telos's novel distribution plan, I think Telos may have given them a self-inflicted wound by cutting B1 out entirely. B1, for 10 years or more, with massive developmental capital, will be very influential on upgrading and developing EOSIO. As they have no relationship with Telos, I fear Telos may have follow around B1 begging to be noticed and for information and cooperation.

It's a problem when there is a secret alliance of 8 block producers who control veto power on the votes. Let's hope that never happens for any nefarious groups.

This, and on top of Block 1 developing on EOS they have also created a 1 billion dollar dapp development fund which Telos will be hard pressed to compete with.

That is true, but Telos is scrappy and will use what we have to bring people to Telos and EOSIO. This is one example:

I don't think that token weighted voting will survive as adoption increases. I think 1 unique individual vote is a far more important representation of a network, but that's just my personal opinion.

I don't think so, I see many issues with one person one vote. Skin in the game is very important and we need to take that into account.

True. I would state things differently if I were writing it now. The us vs them thing is not our intention and I don't think our actions of the past few months reflect an us vs them attitude.

I expect that the relationship between Telos and Block.One will grow and improve over time. We are aligned in far more ways than what divides us. B1 will have an account on Telos and certainly has the means to increase their position if they choose. But there was never any good rationale for giving them 10% of the new chain.
