@blooms05 would B1 consider voting on referendums? If you don't want to sway decision one way or other, there is an option to abstain. That way you bring the threshold for referendums up to 15% while not deciding the outcome and letting community decide. As it stands today community depends on exchange wallets to vote and critical vote participation changes may pass (e.g. REX). Hopefully once we have REX, we can encourage more voter participation and would not need this. What do you think?

All these games on EOS, makes me wonder if someone's going to release a Gaming Investment Trust, like a Real Estate Investment Trust, where you buy the REIT, the REIT invests in the real estate, and a percentage of profit is returned to the token holders of the REIT, or in this case a "GIT"

I'm sure something like that will eventually be built. Everything will attempt to adopt a blockchain. This is great for adoption and terrible for adoption. Not everything needs a blockchain of it's own, so there will be many failures and many successes along the road.

greymass and scatter and very trusted. I personally would trust them with my owner key, but you can always change your owner key right after you input it in anywhere as well, however, completely understandable if folks never want to type their genesis accounts owner key in anywhere ever.

I wonder if it is a initiative by startEOS as they are starting to feel the heat of EOS governance regarding running two BPs and vote buying. If they are going to be unceremoniously cast out of EOS and they still want to be a major player utilising EOSIO with a ready-made community, it makes sense to try and change the equation to make it them that is unceremoniously kicking out EOS governance. Which is what they are doing as it is more a ‘code is law’ kind of governance.

Just like 99% of the gambkling dapps out here, the mining model is unsustainable, which pumps the token prices because whale players can mine recklessly and walk the price up daily until the mining halves again and again. Now we are seeing the true value of the tokens... Without the whales pumping and dumping daily tokens into the fomo of fake volume. That's why I prefer organic steady growth to whales reckless manipulation of the token values.

Poker tokens (eospoker.win) realized that the mining on their low cap token was unhealthy for early adoptewrs so to protect them, they dropped the mining rates waaaaay down in a drastic move. They've lost their whale support to other dapps with higher house edges 🤣 which proves that unsustainable mining is more profitable to a whale than the chance of winning a game. Rekt tokens (www.eoscrashgame.com) has a low cap, and a responsible mining model. No nonsen like 100 rekt tokens per eos bet. Right out of the gate they had 1:1 mining for the first 10 million and they capped at 50 million. Once they start getting more volume and players, it's probably going to be a success for dividends because it's never been pumped and can't be diluted. Everything else is no good long term in my opinion. Just flash in the pan cash grabs from what I've seen.

Is Boscore an example of business taking us back to the bad old days of crypto ICO bullshit scams? Can someone tell me why it was launched in relative secrecy? Who the back channel private sale investors were? Why the distribution favours centralisation of control? It looks like some of the main BPs involved have used EOS to harvest value via their cartel manipulation and have used that value to launch a new eos.io chain that is clearly designed to absolutely ensure control is in the hands of a small group and stays that way. If this was a completely proprietary chain specifically for a business or group of businesses, then fair enough. But it’s kind of presenting itself as a public chain with its “token” distribution to eos holders. They want the best of both worlds. Appear to be a public chain in order to suck more cash in from the community, retain all control and the lion’s share of any profits. I won’t be supporting boscore unless someone can offer a cogent explanation for boscore’s existence, it’s USP relative to other public eos.io blockchains, the terrible distribution and how BPs involved managed to square away involvement with EOS BPs that are clearly harvesting value from EOS with their cartel behaviour? I don’t expect a response.
