I'm not saying it happens in 100% of cases. The reason why it doesn't happen in 100% of cases is probably due to scalability limits (apple can't scale to produce all the apps even if it would want to).

I do understand this to some degree. That is, I'm easily able to perceive, as a mental thought-projection, an economic, political, social, and human-self-image order in which many traditional & taken-for-granted forms of coercion and violence are a thing of the past. But realistically, as far as attempting to promote the ideals of this future Star-Trek like world -- I point out the potentially vast distance (in individual human-life chronologial terms) between Here and There. How many pieces have to fall into place and how many existential hurdles have to be overcome. It's a matter of many decades at the very least. For blockchain space ideology to continue to mature I think it will have to sift and test every single atomic assumption and assertion against historical and present reality, and winnow everything which cannot pass the long-term adoption reality test. Maybe wheat-and-chaff is too-binary a metaphor. Probably something more like adjust, reposition, rebalance -- re-synthesize -- into a form which is better-suited for the actual roads ahead. (I.e. the difficult state of the world.)

"How many pieces have to fall in place, voluntarily", is the exact role I could see cryptos playing. This isn't some pie in the sky dreaming, new systems need to be thought out, tested, adjust, etc.. If people are at all interested in investing in their future, there are some massive elephants in the room that could devastate all efforts if left unresolved. Covering our eyes doesn't make it disappear. I don't have expectations for eos addressing those more base issues, but I think eos might be building something that could be highly useful in areas eos didn't set out to address. The distance from here to there is vast, mentally, of eos community and larger societies, but the tools that could be used decades from now, might be right in front of our eyes. Such potential systems can be explored and experimented with on smaller scale. If many see the potential efficiency gains of a star trek world, eos can learn exactly why that is, and try to applied it to eos in a way that is viable in this day in age, with what society is comfortable with or could become comfortable with quickly. Kind of a space mission, hoping to invent some velcro for eos along the way, and decades later to Mars.

There are better options

isolated amino acids like arginine which also lessens glycation, less intense cooked food which produces AGEs, and avoiding food high in AGEs (protein rich food like red meat). That being said, I have no knowledge how Advanced Glycation End products influence the body on a kethogenic diet, but I assume as it is low in sugar there is less reaction of simple sugars with body protein, maybe you have something to say about that.

That’s the other extreme, I was also pumping a lot in my youth, tons of protein. Thankfully I got lucky it could have ended the other way around. Jason Poston competes in Mr. Olympia and has type 1 diabetes. The problem is the same overburden the budg with too much calories, even if you burn them nicely as on your pics.

No, I have no resistance to insulin at all, my body just doesn’t make it anymore. It’s an autoimmune disease that causes your own immune system to attack your insulin producing cells (beta cells). Once they’re destroyed they never come back

There were times when I ingested 200g of protein daily, I felt just sick. I was bigger then but not healthier. Contrary to bro science, as long as you don’t want to become the next Mr. Olympia, from my own experience, 0.5g/kg bodyweight is sufficient for a fitness class type of body if all the other nutrients are in check.

I think there’s merit to a keto diet for healthy people, but it’s nearly impossible though as T1D. Low blood sugars require carbs to bring it back up so you don’t die. Usually simple sugars or pure glucose are used to bring it up the fastest

this is my understanding. hardcore keto is indeed dangerous for diabetics. we take long term baseline insulin once or twice daily depending on brand, and then short term insulin 10 - 20 minutes before eating carbs. being in ketosis is ok if your blood sugar is at a consistent baseline afaik - but it's risky business. when your blood sugar exceeds 200 at that point you're in ketoacidosis territory which kills people. taking super low amounts of insulin with a zero carb diet can rekt you. i almost died from dka @ 30 when i was diagnosed. if you don't have t1d you probably don't know enough about it to talk about it. i might even be off by a bit here. even nurses and endos that specialize in this shit will give you conflicting feedback. it's a persistent, incurable disease and a life sentence of trial and error and hoping that it doesn't kill you.

Eos doesn't give rewards for just holding ... Eos doesn't promote cheap behavior.. You need to stake in chintai or rex ...
