As I lock my car door by way of habit, I will learn habitual ways to protect my crypto accounts too. In the future, when I can insure my accounts, they will expect a certain degree of responsibility on me to protect myself, just as they do with my car now

For what it's worth, I think BPs should only execute the code, not make decisions to act against it. If users want to appeal to a jury, they need to make a separate agreement between themselves in advance subject to a pre established jury ( or arbitration body) to make a judgment that is then executed by the BPs. I know we've gone through all this before, but I'm not sure where it stands today with EOS. Or if there is a forum where this discussion is taking place?
