What planet are you on? 😄 Everybody calls it a scam and it gets negative treatment in virtually all the crypto press (shitty though they are, they're the only source of info for the industry). Furthermore, the only high profile mention of EOS that the average Joe would have seen was John Oliver, and that didn't go so well...

If you're looking at this from the perspective of average Joe then you're absolutely right.. but from the perspective of big business things couldn't be further from the truth. People calling the shots won't give John Oliver or Coin Central and the likes any credibility. After all what does John Oliver know about crypto? Brenden has made multiple Bloomberg appearances, Forbes Asia, BBC, toured to speak to governments and done many panel and keynote speaches. B1 and EOSIO have been attracting the best talent in the world in terms of visionaries, venture capital, traditional finance and developers.

Not many use hardware wallets like ledger or trezor. Many still use wallets on mobile. It's still early phase and people need to be educated how scammers or hackers could hack your wallet. EOSIO provides you with permissions and multi sig which are really helpful in safeguarding the wallet even if it is hacked.

No, we are not limiting our target to just EOS account holders. We are aiming for mass adoption. However, as written in the post, in the beta version that's being released this week, an EOS account will be needed. With the official launch of ITAM Store, there will be guest/social/EOS account login capabilities added. Please keep in mind this is the beta version, and not all features are included :)
