If you think that's not the right way to move forward then you may vote against BPs who are favoring it (including us). That's how DPOS was developed to work. Stakeholders have all the power not BPs. If stakeholders are unwilling to act and take responsibility then someone would need to.

Dan and his team push changes all the time... to the open source code repositories that they have publicly available on GitHub. Then various groups running networks using that code decide when they want to upgrade their networks, most of which follow BFT with 21 producers...

I see it from both sides, so can’t argue you there. Good compromise would be what Luka suggests is your vote being worth full value for a specific time then resets

For example in blocks.json I found block_num: 5012 and trx_id: 30010619984cff307da48c007face3463f2771e1e18239918deb047fafd76261 This transaction has 120 actions. It's ok, but when I see the same transaction on bloks.io I see additional 210 action traces. We could see real legal cases this year re fraud/theft. Can you imagine the judge would say if BPs failed to follow their own constitution? Need EUA first.

they know that the ecaf decisions are to be taken as suggestion and not as binding. If they want to hold the referendum regarding the blacklist and honor the community vote then they would probably have more objective decision and a better direction on what to do with those accounts.
