Hi all. I tried to save blocks.json file from bloks.log by eosio-blocklog tool. All ok but I can't find actions traces for transaction actions. For example in blocks.json I found block_num: 5012 and trx_id: 30010619984cff307da48c007face3463f2771e1e18239918deb047fafd76261 This transaction has 120 actions. It's ok, but when I see the same transaction on site bloks io I see additional 210 action traces. Where I can find this traces?

probably yes. depends on the details. smart contract just manages the state of the app. the content of the messages would have to be stored somewhere else, e.g. IPFS or a centralized server. then the smart contract just holds hashed references to that content ("content address") to ensure they dont get tempered with outside the blockchain.

This article is inaccurate, Block Producer absolutely cannot reverse transactions. EOS is a blockchain and hence immutable. If it means the ability to place a transaction to undo an event - that has never happened.

Doing so costs alot of money and still is still no different than sybil attacks at present. In rolling dpos you would still need the resources to become multiple bps just like today. Only difference is more of them and them being cycled

I think while the stucture of something can contribute to the moral behavior of the users I think ultimately the problem is the degradation of morality, not so much the system. So Dan, you are saying that IF mining pools could be persuaded or somehow forced or even tricked into destabilizing the chain and IF say 3 mining pools control 65% of all hashing power of a chain/network, (more than enough over 51%) then you could just attack those 3 mining pools and effectively cripple the network long enough to now stage an attack…well this I agree 100% if that is what you are saying.

Rumor is a huobi EOS wallet was hacked, funds on the move. A few million EOS sounds like. Big question: will BPs do anything? I can't confirm, but saw it on Twitter from "reliable" source.

Yes, we cannot ask BPs to intervene. We may encourage more 'hacks' in future... or fake hacks etc
