I don't agree that the current EOS dumping comes only from the FUDs. The mismatch between such high inflation rate in EOS and the slow progress of Killing dApp could be the cause of such dumping. The finitude is very important in Cryptos. 5% inflation rate of EOS is rather higher than that of Fiat money.

Dan Larimer is against 4% being used as WPS. He proposed URI instead of WPS which uses the 4% but could help people getting free accounts and resources hence mass adoption. We couldn't expect people to buy tokens to start playing EOS Knights on the network or use social media- URI IMO takes care of such issues if implemented well.

ECAF started with self appointed leaders. It was a chicken and an egg thing, we would need a structure before bringing it to the community to vote, so ECAF was started to setup the framework of dispute resolution on the base layer. Arbiters need to be voted by the community as the community reach towards referendums. (EOSMetal doesn't support ECAF in it's current form and see it as an attack vector for the EOS Network, also ECAF is yet to publish a plan/post on how they envision such forums scaling)

Any disputes arising on the EOS network need to go through ECAF (following interim constitution), we had issues several issues of stolen funds on the EOS network and many claims have been filed with ECAF. The ECAF structure sets a bad precedent as the transaction/account are frozen just cause an arbitrator says so. Also scalablity is an issue as enforcement need to be done by the active Block Producers with 3 days (maintaining check and balances)

EOS never did an ICO and clearly stated that it's just the Token distribution (donations) and the value of EOS could be worth nothing in the future. Dunno if that is enough to shy away the SEC from taking it as security. I don't know what would be the stance of SEC on EOS, but I am certain it would a pretty tough case to crack. (many other crypto projects need to go down before they could pass a verdict on EOS)

Vote buying is an issue which could be solved by social pressure and voters reaction to vote out bad actors. It's pretty sad to see that the whales/ stakeholders aren't following intended behavior. We hope that with time many small investors would voice their concerns against vote buying, if not, we predict that we would have open market for vote buying with no foundational rule.

The community have always an option to fork(not entirely community split in EOSIO - many BPs supports different forks) the chain. Hopefully with time people starts looking at the bigger picture and welcomes parallel chains development. (which would help whales following the intended behaviour as they would have something to lose if they don't take good decision, honest people may just flew to other chain leaving the corrupt chain with no value) Or the community supports an open market for vote buying. (as vote buying is hard to detect and enforcibility is a concern)

Well vote for version 2 of constitution or charter proposed by EOS NY if you don't agree with current constitution. RAM is a lot better and cheaper than it was before. CPU/NET is improving a lot faster (twice from the launch) Founder isn't going anywhere. Instead of $4 billion Token Distribution (not ICO) ,lack of information as an investor is an issue.

Dpos and pos are energy efficient and non asic pow coins are efficient enough and decentralized.
