yaa eos will go up in price but as a stake holder try to use the platform, mess around with the decentralized exchanges, some dapps offer staking, manage your airdrops....if you get involved then you can share the word to others and tell them about your experience

Not necessarily. It just needs to be enforced. Part of the issue is that the only current arbitration forum is ECAF, and opinions are split as to whether they are worthy/qualified/entitled to make rulings on such things since they have not been elected by the tokenholders

Don't panic. It's early days. You are right, the blockchain is working. It's working at an extremely high level which is what is most important. And people are building. The issues around governance will get resolved, but it will take time. This is the first time anyone has attempted to do all of this

Again, I think some perspective here on the issues is important. What builds value for the tokenholders is performance of the chain, which has been exceptional. Also, you have a huge number of high-performing BPs adding value to the network daily. The actions of a few do not and should not outweigh those of many. Things like slashing conditions really cause complicated issues in terms of game theory. They can end up doing more harm than good, introducing perverse incentives. Block producers could end up acting in undesirable ways out of fear of losing their bond/stake. It can create a situation where the block producers as a group end up steering off-course under pressure in complicated situations, rather than acting independently, rationally and according to their core principles. I think it's just too complicated to manage, and that incentives are already aligned between bps and users much more strongly than with other platforms. It's obviously not perfect, but all blockchains on a fundamental level must be dealt with by people, and they are difficult creatures. (I suppose there may be blockchains elsewhere with non-people)

If eos is to succeed it must be sustainable, meaning affordable RAM costs for account creation. Stocking up on RAM now would suggest that there's a belief that RAM could get more expensive and unaffordable. I think it's desirable to have a model where account creation costs are met on an ad-hoc basis. Perhaps B1 expect RAM costs will not be an issue.

Telos is not so much competition. Especially after sister chain integration. As new EOS IO networks launch, generally only the EOS IO main net holders will be automatically invested. This could change in the future but doubtful as long as B1 holds their stake in EOS main net and the community stays strong. The upcoming EOS mainnet wallet is being developed to be used with all EOS IO networks. Things like interchain communication, free investments into new chains and block one will help ensure EOS main stays anchored at the top. Anything is possible but that's the most likely outcome at the moment.

you can not easily earn a LOT without risk. be afraid of anyone who tells you differently. that being said you can slowly increase your eos holdings potentially, by participating in some eos based token projects like karma for example that let you stake their coins for profit. or by renting your eos tokens to other users for around 0.2% weekly profits right now.
