In ETH’s defense they do still have the majority of high value DAPPs and layer 2 solutions are around the corner. Stablecoins now make up 7 of the top 100 but only MKR with DAI is decentralized and locking up MEGA Eth. So unless B1 or EOSVC start spending to compete, ETH not looking terrible

Yeah particularly on developer side, the amount of brain power working on ETH is formidable. EOS $1.5 Million hackathons aren’t going to dent that. But EOS does allow for scalable DAPPs today so in terms of user numbers and traction this is their moment of opportunity but does require some spending even if some initiatives are duds.

ETH can’t support it so wasn’t doable without DPOS. Play a game, get free item after few hours, sell on game market for EOS, walla, you have EOS account no KYC, seamless

not true. I am doing this for the last 2 months and is great. Except it takes 3-4 days after lending is over until you get the coins back as they must be undelegated and unstaked, but this is automatic process, you dont have to do anything

I'm going to host my dapp on the 1 node jungle.cryptolion.io testnet. Why? Because users wil have unlimited use of my dapp. Whenever, you run out of EOS, just keep using the faucet. Just because I was in school and missed out on the EOS ICO does not mean I will encourage the wealth of previous EOS generations on the mainnet.

That's the only reason I was let down, he is generally fair, or at least bearable, or atleast I thought so. The particular subject matter calls for a little bit more thourogh research. Maybe I shouldn't be so hard on him, but maybe it was blatant manipulation. Kinda one extreme or another having this much time past, no matter how it is diced.

Not really a shortage. From my very basic understanding, it is an unever distribution that creates bottlenecks inside a blockchain that is currently going crazy with transactions. if you look at your cpu on a block explorerer, you'll see a number like 34234/23435.. the number on the left is how much you've used, and will start to regenerate back towards 0 after 24hr.. the number on the right fluctuates based on how busy the eos is, and which BP is producing.

I think that's because some of those mistakes are unintentional. Sometimes, hardware just goes wrong. Any team at this point might not be able to create a perfect block producer computer without spending so much and thus risking too much. And it begs another question. What will happen to the votes? These profit pools created by these structures are probably going to be deleted due to mismanagement. It is the fly in the ointment. We can have better banking without the high fees in the first place. The attention needed to oversee these collective investments will spread our attention thin. Cheaper products, and I will decide where to invest my own savings, which would probably be another such pool, but I can manage where it is invested without having to change banking structures if I disagree with that aspect. These pools are honeypots, and people are salivating. We can nip it in the bud right now.

They use entrusted accounts to hold tokens in escrow during trades, so basically the transaction failed for one reason or another. It's not as specific of an error as we would like to see.
