Regarding recent Rex and seos announcement by Dan - right now EOS transactions are free and Rex is going to bring down the cost of per transaction to .01 $ ( monthly fee 60 EOS example ) . How about acquiring users who would want to pay per transaction . Something like prepaid and postpaid phone connections . Kind of pay per usage and pay for monthly unlimited usage . This will ensure maximum people participation.

No additional funds are called for in the proposal. It adds more standby BPs into the pool which are paid, and distributes the existing 1% infaltion amongst them. This becomes a modest decrease for those at the top to pay for htose added at the bottom.

you can unstake at anytime, only if there are EOS in the rex contract that are not being rented by someone.. If they are all rented, you can't pull any out until they are unlent. if you pull out early you will still get rewards. EOS would end up in your wallet

Jak - staking under the current system is your allocation of resources on the EOS blockchain. This allows you to use X amount of resources. IE CPU time to send a transation. If you have ZERO stake CPU and try to send a transaction, there is a chance it may not process (depends on state of network)

Said a diff way... as the network cycles through BPs as they create blocks, and BP XYZ is about to create next block which you want to put 1000 transactions in, you need to "own" enough CPU time which allows the processing of 1000 transactions. If you do not, you run the risk of not being able to process all transactions

You create your own (2 pairs, one for owner and one for active) and don't show them to anyone. Put the owner key in cold storage and use the active key to interact with dapps andf wallets.
