The current BP voting rules support the formation of cartels. Do we want that? Would not a reverse vote weighting be better, eg. Eg in the following sense: 1 vote: voting weight = 1/30, 5 votes = 5/30 per vote, 30 votes = full weighting of votes for all votes cast. That could at least make cartel formation very difficult.

Personally was not a part of bch . Mining is so centralized on bch and btc due to ASICS that it isn’t worth holding. A Govt can ban Jihan or take over all asic miners and control both coins . Have been following the drama minimally but to me this shows weaknes in pow coins where ASICS are mining .

Dear EOS community, How do you feel about an airdrop Token that has a locked period? For instance airdrop into wallet but unable to transfer for 60 days. At first I do NOT like the concept. Why do an airdrop for a coin that someone can not used? However the concept of an airdrop is community awareness and the side effect is trading volume and price so does the Lock remove some of the effect?7

nah, the security of the eos blockchain is fine. It's the developers who write smart contracts that can leave little vulnerabilities lying around. There's always going to be problems. That's the nature of the universe. Nothing is perfect and nothing should be perfect. The price drop had NOTHING to do with a tiny hack and a bunch of accusations. It's all about the entire crypto currency space following the big daddy bitcoin around.

Call of Duty Developer John Linden had this to say today..... In an interview with GameDaily, Linden explained that Mythical will work partly as a game studio and partly as publisher, teaming with a variety of developers who can scale up their in-game economies using Mythical’s platform. “We will bring games to market as a primary party but we will partner with experienced game and art studios to actually build these games with us,” Linden said. “Player-owned economies can mean different things to different game developers,” he continued. “At Mythical’s core, our goal is to provide the economic engine built directly into Unity and Unreal for game developers to define what player-owned economies mean in their games. Player-owned economies can be as simple as using blockchain technology to tokenize game objects (race cars, swords, or characters), allowing players to own those game assets and sell them on to other players in or out of the game. “Economies can also be more complex such as letting game developers sell game assets (e.g. race cars) to players or content creators at wholesale and letting them make custom modifications (e.g. tricked out steampunk spoiler) and then sell those new and unique assets back into the game through a marketplace.”
