so others broadcasting transactions can broadcast to any full node? so all full nodes are aware of pending transactions? just trying to clarify if broadcasts propagate to all full nodes. that report claimed there's no such thing as mempool & nobody knows what transactions are broadcast except active bp. I want to know if that's definitively not so.

You will get a transaction id when you send your transaction. These transactions are sent to all nodes in the network and reach a producer that puts it in a block.

Trying to move some btc to buy more eos at these prices and in the time I have spent waiting for the transaction to confirm I have: 1. claimed my dice div 2. Bought more dice with the EOS that I had received. 3. I think what is most signficant is that it is following the model of Paypal in giving money (potentially) away for signing up. That's how PayPal succeeded. If you sent someone money, they had to sign up to get it. Imagine if Blockone sent out emails to people offering 5 EOS if you opened an EOS account and downloaded their wallet... So while I agree its not a sure success, its a much more brilliant approach to adoption than we've seen in blockchain.

Blockchain and Cryptocurrency will thrive. What chains and currencies will be determined by their success at adoption. Bitcoin gained the most adoption because it was the first. Q Initiative's strategy is brilliant. Whether it has the tech or speed to back it up is an unknown.. at least to me.

A great way to hurt crypto overall is to develop a viral strategic marketing campaign to involve millions of people and then let them all down in a BIG way. That would be a smart move for banksters.

That's like asking to decouple btc from usd. It's not necessary for our survival. What we need is more BTC users to notice EOS advantages and make the leap into our community. By saying we need to decouple from btc, I mean that all this btc pump dump should not affect eos growth.. Investors invest in launching a dapp and even after so much development in eos ecosystem we are ended up being dumped because some stupid btc bch whales has an ego war.. 😂 😂 At current price of eos BP can't afford to run network and its not good for eos ecosystem.. So far block1 has 4 billion from ico so they should use some of the funds to support eos downtrend until they are ready with release of Rex, wallet, multi thread, dex, dapps..

if you want to back up your scatter, what you can do is turn off your internet...then open your old scatter make a back up...its under the settings menu...once you make the backup then delete your scatter and install the new one

I send to exchanges via scatter. Under 'send tokens' just enter the exchange EOS address, memo (when required, and it usually is so the exchange can put your deposit into your account), enter the amount to send, and voila, done!

the concept of learning how EOS works is tricky but its easy once your account is set up, you have to understand unstaking, cpu usage, ram, and net ...in order to use the eos platform ideally without getting errors, you need about 16,000 kb of ram, stake some cpu...the more cpu staked the better, and stake some net, net can be less than cpu

The intention is for staking to be abstracted from the user as much as possible in due time. Just as on a free site you cannot spam the system due to rate limiting, on EOS you are also rate limited as a user. On ethereum, you have no rate limit, except for your wallet as you pay a fee for every single transaction.
