You’d have to do it on a transaction basis, not user basis, which is hard because the sender pays for the transaction.

You don’t need to talk me into being bullish on EOS. However ETH currently stands as a warning that being better today doesn’t mean being better tomorrow. The EOS developer community is very talented and can work toward a feature complete EOS. It would be helpful for B1 to be more communicative 5 months into mainnet. Even Developer documentation remains weak. You must manage downstream. It’s important for the EOS community to remained focused on what matters. The EOS/ETH ratio does not matter and is an effect, not a cause.

But when the economy is slowing down, largely because many essential things have been built, then the best thing for people to do is to pay back debt. But the central banks can't let it happen and will print more money to combat deflation, and eventually that's going to lead to hyperinflation.People will likely be looking for a more stable monetary system, backed by gold or maybe something newer like bitcoin. It was always in the white paper since the beginning my friend. Those who read it knew from day 1. Also the beauty of EOS as a utility and B1 as developers is that they will most likely use that stake in the network for the DAPPS they will build on top of network because they are committed to the ecosystem and upgrading the software for the next 10 years.
