I am medical professional and definitely I have an expertise and knowledge to give a whole lecture on why vaccination is important but we are getting distracted from the eos topic here.. Please do not make decisions regarding vaccination listening to the non medical professionals... It can lead to severe consequences... Specially any opinions of a non medical professional on vaccination is more like my opinion on c++ coding.... 😂 😂 😂 Better listen to your doctor who has spent several years learning through books and his own practice in hospital... I have EOS on a hardware wallet staked. I properly saved my private keys ( just trust me, I did )and my EOS are visible on the EOS website along with my airdropped tokens so they are staked and working. I cannot unstake. Someone has told me early on when EOs private/public keys were generated, many private keys had bugs. I am using EOSToolkit on Scatter. 2 questions. 1) if there is a bug, does anyone have any info about it. 2) if my private keys do have a bug, is there ansolution through EOS?

Did you resolve this? I can probably help if not. I'm assuming the eos on your ledger are the ethereum erc-20 tokens. If that's what you're talking about you need to determine whether or not you registered your ethereum address correctly? The answer to that would determine you next step toward accessing your eos account. You can have a look at eosauthority.com If you need me to help step by step I can.

You can always license patent out if it's really essential patent. If you want to make a very secure offline owner key (cold owner key) that is more safe then it is slightly complicated because you will need to use an offline computer to generate the key.

Since you asked: These steps to make a "cold owner key" which is safer: 1. Create a public/private key pair offline with a key generator like eoskeyio. Keep the new private key safe and backed up. 2. Transfer the new public key to your online computer. 3. Use your existing account to set the new OWNER PERMISSION to this new public key using a wallet like Scatter or bloks.io or eostoolkit.io. OWNER PERMISSION can be set to any number of public keys and eos usernames.

I did! And there is no mistake. I screenshotted and saved to a password protected usb key that has never been online. And I wrote doen the private key save four characters at each end of the private key which I stored in a separate location so it is the correct key and it is safe.

Well yes. Then we have a fork Telos with just one or two nodes based in China. Argument is there that centralisation location of few nodes isn't right as one government could intervene with the operations. That's why many among top 21 are running and maintaining bp nodes in two or more countries.

It sounds like you have eos erc-20 distribution tokens on ethereum. Are they on an exchange or at your own ethereum address? If your own address, did you register your ethereum address? You can paste it in at eosauthority.com to find out.
