I suppose the main argument against this idea is that it would be less progressive in terms of taxation. Rich people would pay less tax. Also, people could just cross a border to buy goods. So, it would have to be combined with tariffs

My view is, both countries are polluting let's say, both have a cost to the globe. Country A imposes this cost on its citizens so they internalize it, country B doesn't. So things are cheaper in country B full stop, it's not a subsidy, it's just a lack of a tax. The globe feels the same pollution, but country A had extra costs on everything they do. Over time, it's better to be a citizen in country B because they move unrestricted.

Country A would be a much cheaper place to run a profitable software or high tech business, while country B might be a cheaper place to have a magnet factory. Many countries might chose to import cheaper goods from country B, but capital would flow toward country A

Hmm yea internal monarchy? I dunno. We can have our own sense of ourselves, what we want, who we are... live and love in the ways we want, ideally. But how do you get around the fact that the external world, whether government, relationships or external forces of nature etc. simply exist. At least the way I’m hearing you is as if you can be the ultimate king or ruler. But i think we need to work in collaboration quite a lot more than any sort of ruler... or risk being wildly disappointment and frustrated. I’d say it’s up to us to do the best we can to live in harmony with the reality that we cannot be separate from that which exists around us, and at times must grieve the nature of our existence - we’re interconnected and in most moments can either surrender that we aren’t really a ruler of all that much, or fight.

of course we cant seperate ourselves from those around us and from reality/nature. One must live in harmony with reality/nature. As for government (which does not exist in nature, it is a construct) it would desolve if each person ruled them selves morally. Total freedom in a society is directly proportional to total morality.

This is great! Dan the Everipedia team has been working on a MakerDAO CDP fork/implementation for EOS but this seems a better approach. We’d likely want to port our CDP engine code to this new style and release it as a stablecoin where the MMS utility token is simply IQ (the Everipedia & Prediqt utility token). Update on stateofthedapps dot com. They conveniently restarted their EOS node after my Reddit post the other day. However, their EOS numbers are still super low. Why? Because in their reboot they’ve changed their rankings to include “developer support” and other nonsense. Requirements would be that laws passed by one group must be approved by following group before adopting

I've always liked the idea that laws are temporary unless the vote is unanimous. The higher the affirmative votes, the longer the law stays. For example 51% would expire in a year 90% would be 10 years or something like that. When a law expires it can simply be voted on again and be subject to the same rules.

Insulin for type 2 is bad

No not true they need slow working insuline and sometimes they need to combine this with a 💊. I use insuline actrapid for more than 25 years now and now with my sensor I can manage it perfectly. I also look for my food not to much sugar or fat and do some sports.... as older you get as more the body gets bit immune against insuline.... but I’m convinced there is a cure 100% maybe not in the regular health care.

I have also tried cooking all types of eggs in various le creusets. Without a lot of oil it’s never a pleasant experience. And you will never see cooking tutorials where they cook eggs in enameled. Perhaps that’s the difference here I’m talking about enameled cast iron. I do not own a “ceramic” pan and not even sure what they are. Le creusets are not good for cooking eggs or bacon for that matter.

You have to think about every little thing that needs funding, if you don’t rely on centralized government to do it. You would thousands of places to send your “donations.” You are going to have to send them to the waste treatment facility, etc. to keep your surroundings in good order. If you could do all of this yourself, it would be more efficient. Personally, I would rather pay a premium and let the government take care of it.
