Idea is those tokens will be hosted on eos main net so thus they should be supported just like your erc 20/eth. However, some of these airdrops are dependent on them being voted into the project, which still remains. Some projects haven’t shown progress in a bit. How new chain will act nobody knows in beginning. So there are lots of variables, but I hope you didnt get into this game for airdrops.

You do nothing. Block.one one saves your ass. Basically, it finds eth addresses with eos in it, if there's no eos.io address registered, it created one for you, then the snapshot sends tokens there. You'll access it by using the eth address private key to unlock your eos.io private key. You can move anything else of value out of the eth wallet prior to doing so, so there's no risk

If it's possible to determine the ethereum address's public key (there must've been an outgoing transaction to derive this) then the key can be converted to an eos public key such that the ethereum private key can be used to produce the valid eos private key. Does that make sense?😳

At the end of the day, people should be doing at least some light reading before investing in a project. There will be a reckoning in the next few years with a lot of projects going to zero. Registration is only an issue for token distribution and early investors. Everything else on EOS will be stupid easy compared to the rest.

Kevin, if ownership in block-producers tends towards an incresing level centralisation, how easy is it for the BPs to increase BP numbers from 21 to say 40? Increasing BPs in accordance to any encroaching threat of centralisation could prove to be a moving target for bad actor BPs aiming for more power though cross-holding, not to mention a very costly process for them to do so. If the 10% cross-ownership stays, maybe other methods as I have mentioned above could be probed and researched to safeguard decentralisation? There is more than one way to skin a cat.

I think the initial "boostrap" producers should have "throw away accounts" that people don't vote for, everyone, including the initial producers, should have to register an account and a producer by the same method. In my boot process there would only be 1 initial producer to supervise the election, but the community seems to want 21 initial producers. Either way these initial producers should not even be registered to vote (and don't need to be registered in order to become initial producers).

$4 billion is an absolutely absurd total to raise. You should be able to hire every one of the world's top experts in programming and blockchain technology to ensure that the absolute best project of all time is created. There's a lot of pressure on crypto too...IF $EOS fails to meet expectations after this type of money is raised, it will hurt. If they meet or exceed expectations somehow, then it'll elevate the space. But the pressure is on. Heavily. For Dan Larimer and any and everyone involved. Even the ICOs on the chain are under immense pressure at this point.

The problem with community expecations is the nature of the individuals that comprise the community. Patience is not a virtue every individual holds and so expectations are governed by timelines of the individual's degree of patience.

Supposed to be a day. But the only hard fixed date is the freeze. If there is a little glitch the launch of the blockchain can be delayed a little. There should be no problem since any bug or glitch will be handled so that it's almost invisible to users. Lower bandwidth if there's problem to get consensus or even a time period with zero bandwidth.
