Yeah they should be. Any exchange that has it now will want to support the real coins with the exception of one or two that have said they won’t for whatever reason

Should? That is not sufficient. Why isnt there any official statement by eos? Not even on twitter. Which exchanges dont want to list the new eos? I am really concerned and will probably sell all my eos pre-mainnet as no one is able to confirm anything.

It's going to be a mess if there is less than 50% registered EOS. Many will sell before the swap, the others who don't know about the swap will get screwed

In buying before the swap and leaving on exchange, I doubt ethereum will work to move to a wallet over those last hours lol

Chicken and egg problem. It's hard to code a wallet if you don't know what the exact code looks like. People are working on it though, scattelett wallet should be ready by launch.

You initially asked if you need to claim. From what you've just said you've already done that (you don't actually have to claim in order to get native eos anyway). So long as you've registered correctly and have the eos private key you don't need to do anything else. There's no point sending it to an exchange unless you want to (perhaps) be able to trade. If you send to an exchange you lose control and may miss airdrops/alternative eosio chains. You can check your registration at eosauthority.com

If you registered an ethereum address definitely send you EOS to that address. Holding on exchange is a bad habit and you may miss airdrops (you probably already missed 2). Double check the ETH address is registered at www.eosauthority.com and make sure you have the EOS public/private key pair that was linked to that address when you registered. 👍

Unclaimed eos is counted by the snapshot. For the purposes of getting native eos there's no need to claim. Some airdrops might need them to be claimed (I'm unsure). The address is registered which is good👌

Exodus allows for airdrops to be claimed. But there is no EOS airdrop, there is only the EOS token swap and airdrops that will drop on top of EOS. The reason it is important to distinguish this is because there is an EOS airdrop scam which I would not want you to be victim of.

You can sell buy RAM for 1% fee at the market price. Staking tokens will be done when there will be more DApps nad when eos token will cost more. You could stake them soon and I think it’s Chintai who’s working on the lending market but it will give you some profit when there will be more DApps

Not automatically. To get them in your wallet you'd have to claim after the period has finished. You don't have to claim them though to get native eos tokens.

I went to eos countdown website and checked that the eos token are registered. It says you’re set. Got the eth address with the eos public key. So in this case I guess I’m all set.
