My guess is that the exchanges would disable deposits and withdrawals but trading should be normal. On like binance when you trade it's inside their system, block chain transactions only happen when deposit/withdrawal... And they need mainnet to do that

You need to Use Claim not Claim all and specify the period. If you dont know count backwards from now. Claim all goes through every period and wastes tons of gas. Not sure if it even works - or after how many attempts?

The way I understand it the prices aren't kept in the blockchain networks themselves, it's the market that sets them. Supply and demand across exchanges sets prices. That's why prices can be a little different across exchanges and why trading can still happen on some exchanges while a transition to mainnet is happening.

Yeah it's pretty interesting how it all works. There are pros and cons to it. The good thing is that the way exchanges do it reduce trading fees because every trade isn't settled on chain. The bad thing is that it creates the risk of exchanges running a fractional reserve system and not having as much BTC as they should.

Ok.. if you have the EOS in Exodus or some place, you need to make the registration or you will lost your EOS, or just leave it on binance and they will freezer it for 2 days and they will give you the new EOS, they will make the swap for you, then you can send it to the new wallet (not exudus) and you will got all the airdrops, you don't need to register them if you leave it on binance to get the futures airdrops

i'd say that not having an official easy-to-use and trust wallet (one that's not command line) was the biggest "drop the ball" item for block.one....c'mon...you had a year...having to rely on 3rd party-developed wallets on a new platform is scary....a simple, official paper wallet would have helped immensely

Michael, you don't send them anywhere. Once the mainnet launches, your coins will appear to the address that you mapped to your eth address.

that is the most coherent question I seen on here so far... You will want to send them to a exchange if you want to sell them, but I'm sure if you hold of there will be a dectralized exchange you can sell right from your wallet.... and I'm not a financial advisor, but you will want to hold your coins for a couple weeks at least before selling... and if you can aford to hold off for a awhile this will probably be about a $50-$100 once the Dapps start rolling out.

If your eos is in supported exchanges, nothing miss..only thing is whether you get your expected airdrie from projects..at their mercy whether to transfer YOUR airdropped tokens or not..Probably they will not and they become richer, at your expense
