Most of the airdrops that are happening are being automatically put into your eos account as long as you where registered before snap shot... If you where on binance during this snapshot binance has your airdrops check with binance

@active and @owner is the __permission__ name of the account. you don't need that when sending tokens from another address. in binance just put your 12 character account name and nothing else. try it with a 0.1 EOS test transaction first. worked for me.

personally and that is just my opinion and strategy, i would wait at least a few more days. no one knows exactly where it will go, but the recent trend was steady climb. but if you wait say another month the price might drop already (or rise more who knows). i would wait a few days and then sell most of it for profit.

nah, tough to compare. lots of misunderstandings there and it is a bit complex. basically ram is (fast) storage. not every dapp will need ram or a lot of it, depends. for example decentwitter.com uses no ram at all.

RAM solution suggestion. if we assign each EOS token to (1EOS=x%RAM) instead of only correlate the ram on demand and supply. when the overall ram increased the staked/unstaked eos value to ram alocation don't change at the same time the dapp who staked an x amount of eos will now have an extra RAM unused so they can allocate their unused ram to a bigger dapps who need it by reducing the amount staked if 100 eos get you x% over all ram and you use 100% and the overall ram incerise in time by y% and your dimand not incriced you can now reduce your staked amount to (100-((100 eos*(x+y)%)/X%). that way the speculation can be stopped

I would sell 80% at current levels, and hold the rest to speculate. That way if it crashes/goes down, you've still captured a pretty profit. If it goes up, your profit increases. No situation that you can lose in, then.

yes same reply applies: doesnt matter which wallet you use. as long as you have an eos account and have the private key for it you will have control over airdrops sent there. so yes. but only new airdrops that are not using the old june 2 genesis snapshot (assuming you didn't own eos back then and just bought it on an exchange recently.

personally if you dont expect to move the tokens anytime soon then i would stake them. and then use the voting tool once you know which BPs you like and vote with all your staked tokens. eventually you can use the chintai leasing tool to rent your eos to other people that need it for bandwidth, but chintai is not ready yet.

Can vote and use rss of eos if you are developing on it. Also they can’t be sent anywhere unless you instake them which takes 3 days so technically you can check every 2.5 to see if no one stole it 😂

Idea is those who stake a lot actually use it. If you remember the idea is for developers to pay for use of network as opposed to end user clients so people who develop DApps on eos would need to stake. Also idea of no tx fees is somewhat false as you need to stake X amount of eos to be able to send eos from that wallet, technically you don’t spend it but then technically you can’t use it

Yeah. I guess a little over a week ago I bought 1 EOS worth of RAM and then sold it back right away, just to try it out. The amount I got back was obviously a little less than the 1 EOS but I was okay with that just so I could try it out. Flash forward to yesterday, and I realized I didn't actually sell back all of the RAM that I had received. So I sold the rest and got close to 3 EOS for it.

Debating... if i leave eos token in binance for a long time i probavly dont have to worry unless my acct get hacked... if i move to eos wallet then i have to do some transaction in 2-3 years? + some voting in order to not loose my token? If you have your private key - Then suggest download scatter (will encript on you PC local only) so from their you can use other wallets to sign transactions, buy ram, stake, unstake eos coins.

What? Increase RAM? Of course they can increase RAM. That's why speculation of RAM is a risky move. Because at any point the BPs could increase it, which decreases the overall value of the RAM.

If you don't have a Genesis account, you can't use greymass as of yet to see an account. You can use greymass tho, to generate keys (wallet tools). However no account name is attached. If you want to attach an account, you may want to look into zeos [dot] co or eos-account-creator [dot] com But not sure how much these services are vetted...

Nope. You need to create a new EOS account with www.zeos.co (i used this one) for example. You'll get public & private keys plus account name.
