I worked with a company that had a billing issue, I mean a minor one, a mistake, a single offense - BOOM shut right the fuck down, and not a small account. I've heard of them crushing kubernetics instances when they get abusive. They're much more heavy handed than AWS

This channel is a bit unfocused for things like that though - @EOSIOSnapshot may be a better bet. If you want to know about converting an existing ERC20 token then the big issues you are the fact that you cannot freeze an Ethereum token in hindsight and the account holders would need EOS accounts which are not cheap.

I need help please, I unstaked my EOS on simpleos 3 days ago. Now it says that my unstaked amount is 7 EOS and the rest about 1000 is locked but "will be at 1000 7 hours ago". In short it appears my EOS was unstaked/unlocked 7 hrs ago, however I can not access them or move them at all. Any ideas?

What I'm getting at is that people with no eos account, but eos on an exchange may wish to use http://eostart.com, paying with eos from the exchange. I think http://eos-account-creator.com/ allows this to be done.

Ok so here is the issue EOS or B.1 or BP’s have no control over airdrops..... airdrops are done by the dap devs Dap devs seem to have a boner for the genesis snap shot So any coins you add after gen snap shot... wont do anything for airdrops When devs stop stroking off to genesis airdrop and start airdropping to future dates.... then thise extra EOS will matter

as of now, you need to leave a minimum amount of eos in your account. You can't unstake everything or else you can't do any transactions. In the future better tools may be developed to allow you to unstake everything.

Here's my idea for dispute resolution for eos. I pitched the idea here @EOSGov so come weigh in. Do you want a centralised shit show called ecaf and their private group of hand selected "professionals" deciding your cases for you, or do you trust your fellow members of the eos community to get paid to handle disputes on chain internally, randomly and voluntarily and paid.

Why are we even looking outside the chain? We should handle arbitration on chain and within the network. Why can't we hire eos community members to form jury's and seek a 15/21 majority vote with an appeals process for dispute resolutions? Going outside the network will be a disaster. 1.) selection can be randomized and voluntary and even sorted by language to escape translation errors and costs. 2.) Scalable and affordable. As the network grows, so too will the disputes and demand for jury duty to earn eos. 3.) It's educational and engaging to the community who is most invested in the health of the network. Having some experienced guidance would be ideal for jurors and the parties in dispute. 4.) Keeping the eos within the eos community has a positive feedback loop. It's a little protectionist, but so what? It's our network. Whenever I discuss this idea it is well recieved. Tell me, why this wouldn't work here?

Oh... It wouldn't avoid loss of your account, but you could avoid loss of funds another way. There was talk of various smart contracts which can be created for people to use whereby funds are recoverable with lost accounts. It involves some trust though.

Ok thanks for answering. This is where EOS airdrops confuse me. They should all be 100% register free, hastle free. Like IQ and CET for example. Do nothing and it's automatically in your EOS account.

Yes. There's the recent phenomenon of airgrabs though, which are interesting. To receive then you have to pay for the RAM which is required. There's no way of getting to your scenario though because of the nature of airdrops being done by third parties.

You don't move them. They have been replaced with EOS on the EOS network. Put in your ETH registered public address into eosauthority.com and it will give you your EOS public address and account name. Then search for that at a EOS blockchain explorer, like eospark.com , eosflare.io

You could only view your eos private key on the distribution page at the time you generated it. It was never possible to visit the page subsequently to look up your private key.

If I were you I'd double check that you don't have the necessary private key. The only registration which counted for the snapshot was the most recent one. So you only need the private key for the most recent registration which you carried out. You don't need keys from earlier registrations if you registered more than once.
