no there will have to be concrete proposals and implementations first and then voting. dont expect it too soon or at all. but seems likely we might get something like that eventually. and there will also be eos based dapps like chintai that will allow you to delegate stake for someone else and be paid "rent" for it.

Exodus still have to implement EOS wallets into their app. The EOS you have on there just now are the EOS Ethereum ERC20 tokens. The EOS ERC20 tokens were only used for the snapshot to verify how many EOS you had. Those tokens are now frozen indefinitely. You can wait until Exodus implements the EOS wallets into their app or you can access your EOS from an EOS wallet with the EOS keys you got from registering. You can get those keys on Exodus through the developer menu. You were able to contact ECAF to ask to freeze your account if you thought it was compromised. This helped a lot of people after the mainnet was launched but freezing accounts has now been put on hold until ECAF is up and running properly. For security, I would suggest generating a new key pair to use as your owner keys and use the keys you have now as active keys. If you think that your active keys have been compromised you are able to change the private key for the account using your owner keys.

I did not try that yet. I am pretty sure there is a way to do it or they will provide a way to do it. For now, I am using the app for accumulating. 🙂
