Yes, your account is only owned by one person, you. When you transfer to an exchange you need a memo because they need to know who to credit the balance to.

Rewarding staking encourages voting. Right now, the only reason to stake is to vote. Many people don't like to idea of having their tokens locked up. Now, locked up tokens get rewarded... so this increases the number of people who are willing to vote.

i am careful where i put my private keys, i think it's going to be pretty unlikely. but hey yea, i emphathize with people who got scammed/hacked/phished. but lets make 100% clear what happened. claiming there are security vulnerabilities in existing wallets like scatter, eos-voter or simpleos is a big deal and requires good evidence. so far nothing i've heard so far points to vulnerabilities of those apps. just bad user behavior usually.

EOS on MEW are Ethereum ERC20 tokens. Those were only used for the snapshot to verify how many EOS you had. Those tokens are now frozen indefinitely. You can now access your EOS from an EOS wallet using the EOS keys you got from registering. 4›Will the reward be "vote weighted"? For example: 2 accounts hold 10 EOS, 1 account has voted for 10 BP's and the other voted for 30. When the reward is issued the account that voted for 30 BP's will receive more of a reward than the account that voted for 10 though they have the same amount of EOS tokens. I think this will also help promote people voting for as many BP's as possible a discouraging voting for just 1 or a few BP's. Thanks!

DEX are some thing that need a standrad frame work, also there should work in semi auto mode , the speed and accuracy cant come alone without human intervention.

Actually, Brendan Blumer has suggested distributing RAM fees and possibly other income back to EOS voters - which sounds like a perk. But certainly, voting to contribute opinion should be the _reason_ to vote.
