Every dapps built on eos will have to lockup eos tokens and these tokens will be removed from the circulating supply. Lets say 600000000 eos are locked up. Then you have only 300000000 circulating !

Yes and no. The coin you purchased on binance is built on eth. This makes it an erc-20 token. During the freeze, there will be a swap and they will be turned into native token independent of eth. Binance is currently trading erc-20 tokens which they will swap for native coins.

You had to generate an eos key set and register that along the wallet address. Again even if you didn't, not all is lost. They released a statement saying that even after the freeze, you can independently register you will just not have an auto transition like everyone else. I am not optimistic I am telling you details that is open t ok the public

Okay, if you purchased on an exchange that supports the swap it will happen automatically. You did not have to register. Only people who kept eos in private wallets have to register. Binance does not do the airdrops which is why people moved them of of binance.

Even a denial-of-service vulnerability that is considered to be relatively harmless in the area of traditional software vulnerabilities may trigger storm attacks on the entire network in a blockchain network, causing a huge impact on the entire digital currency system. In an attack, an attacker constructs and publishes a smart contract containing malicious code. The EOS super node will execute this malicious contract and trigger a security hole. The attacker then re-uses the super node to package the malicious contract into a new block, which in turn causes all full nodes in the network (alternate super node, exchange reload point, digital currency wallet server node, etc.) to be controlled remotely. Since the system of the node is completely controlled, the attacker can "do whatever it wants", such as stealing the key of the EOS super node, controlling the virtual currency transaction of the EOS network; acquiring other financial and privacy data in the EOS network participating node system, such as an exchange Digital currency, the user's key stored in the wallet, key user profiles, privacy data, and more. What's more, the attacker can turn a node in the EOS network into a member of a botnet, launch a cyber attack or become a free "miner" and dig up other digital currencies. Blockchain network security concerns need to be paid attention EOS is a new blockchain platform known as "blockchain 3.0". Currently, its market value of tokens is as high as 69 billion yuan, ranking fifth in global market capitalization. In blockchain networks and digital currency systems, there are many attack surfaces for nodes, wallets, mining pools, exchanges, and smart contracts. It's not just booting. Every BP needs to participate in a consensus. The genesis block has to be generated and agreed upon. In the beginning all BP candidates are BP. Which makes the initial consensus harder to achieve. You also need to synchronize the block chain, the exact time the genesis block is accepted I suppose. Then it takes a while before blocks are reliably produced in synchronicity. Well stuff like that. I'm not directly involved so I might have made lots of errors there. But you get the idea.

Well they just froze. They have to do the snap shot for genesis, validate and then verify coding, protocols then launch. They have said a couple weeks which has been the word. I would say they are on track and we dont want to be trx, so patience would be best in these cases and wait for the updates that are released. I know they are slightly ahead with the snapshot though...lol

For anyone wondering when the mainnet will launch, we are in the validation process to make sure balances and such match up. Once that is completed, which looks to be soon as the BPs have been making good progress so far, then the testing stage will commence. Once that is complete then we will get to vote on the BPs we want and once a 15% vote has been reached on one of them then the mainnet will be launched. Exciting times ahead folks :)

Ahh, now that is a more complicated question. So there are hundreds of bps there is a list on bp.eosgo to see who is vying to be the top 30. The official voting portal has not been released yet. Although on the eosgo site there is a voting option you couple with scatter. The procedure will be based on the portal you use.
