And we do realise also that no exchange has any coins - like us. Our wallets do not contain any coins as ALL coins are always and forever more simply on the chain. What our and the exchange wallets allow us to do is to confer the right of ownership of a coin to somebody else.

I didn't seek to start debate on Evolution. Just to make people alert to vote right. No matter we need to avoid a majority of BP being all in the same camp.

They used a couple of things to prevent that. I.e. the wallet had to be registered with EOS before May 4th, it wasn't until after May 4th that they announced it would be even airdrops across all wallets around the time or the snapshot on May 10th. If the wallet was registered after May 4th, it had to have at least 25 EOS and .025 ETH in it to receive the airdrop. Plus they did some audits using data comparison from wallet to wallet interaction before and after.

Well the good news is that the token swap hasn't happened yet - so no need to worry about that. Bottom line is until we have a mainnet ALL our tokens are "frozen" so we just have to chill and wait. In the interim what you can do is go to github and check the .csv file of the snapshots taken to check your ether address was included. Hope that helps.

The sha256 hash of the snapshot.csv used is 6df61f12f96f89c907fac14a021d788c9e77098952a6c5494c7999d2e79d0a35 This should be the final hash. Several BPs confirmed account balances on-chain, and are now working on software-level validation. There is heavy security penetration testing going on at the moment.

Exchanges don’t trade with transactions on the blockchain. It’s all IOU’s until you cash out. Withdrawals and deposits are frozen though, so you can trade but not cash out or add more

But they tell me that they cannot do anything, that "it is suggested" that unregistered Ethereum addresses be taken into account, but that it depends on the community and the block producers. Is it right for me to raise my problem in this way? What would be the way, if not? I understand that you are dealing with other issues today, but I need to raise this issue, which surely affects many people who have contributed in the last few days of the ICO.

basically, the hackers sent emails from B1 email addresses, the people that fell for the emails and gave their keys lost eos

$4 billion ICO raised and B1 can't even secure their email servers. Unbelievable. They should show some goodwill to the community and use their massive ICO hoard to refund EOS to those who unwittingly fell for the scam due to B1's lack of security.

Any evidence their email server was hacked? More likely hackers just tried to impersonate block one by setting the 'from' field in the email message. Everyone can do that, most email providers like Gmail or Yahoo would move such emails straight to junk folder thought

Everyone will have to eventually paste their private key in a website box to claim mainet tokens. Just be very aware of the official anouncements and where/when to do this. And then be double aware and dubious hackers may have taken over the website and are stealing your keys when you enter them.

i contacte them: The EOS Token Distribution has ended. All EOS ERC-20 tokens have now become fixed and are non-transferrable on the Ethereum Blockchain and no longer have any value. Make sure you have researched the EOS Mainnet swap process, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done since the deadline has passed.

It didn't cover you if you lost your eos private key. It's only if your address was classed by the snapshot script as unregistered that you can use the fallback.

A lot of people sent eos to exchanges for token swap, thus all their tokens are now shown under sever addresses owned by exchanges, better to analyze after mainnet launch and ui eos wallet become ready for people to be able to withdraw their tokens
