You all need to solve a problem - whales - they are the current fact of life where they can either print fiat currency to get more tokens, the public need to have an input to elect BP who have at least 5000 unique names voted, and each of the names need to vote at least 5 times. If you look at houbipool they have one account solely dedicated to vote for themselves

You don't. It is already done. Just put your private key into greymass.

Think of the EOS tokens that are in your exodus as just a shell of what they used to be. Because they are no more. Just a leftover remnent of a their memory. The REAL EOS is on the EOS network...NOT the ethereum network.

Nothing wrong with that. Remember, wallets are simply tools to look at and perform transaction with your account. The tokens themselves are never stored anywhere but the block chain.

if your erc20 eos properly registred, you checked the amount is corrected on EOS chain, and you have verified your private key is good, you are good. If you are worried, you don't have to do anything, utill a trusted wallet from Block one arrived.

I think it works like this - each EOS can represent 30 votes. But with that one EOS, you can’t vote for one BP twice. So you wouldn’t be able to just vote for 2 BPs 15 times each. It would just give a vote to each, and the rest just remain unused. Now, if you stake 10 EOS for voting, then each one of those BP would receive 10 votes.

The value of EOS comes from the fact that each EOS supplies an amount of bandwitdth to the network. Dapps need that badwidth to operate on EOS, devs want their dapps on EOS. See the value?

So your tokens should be some number, x, before launch. 10 are liquid and not subject to 3 day lock up, (x-10)/2 each goes to CPU and Bandwidth allocation. Those two are what weights your vote. Subject to 3 day lock up when unstaked.

What is the meaning of 'Destroy wallet credential' in greymass wallet?

If you choose to set Greymass to be set up as a 'quick login', it in a way stores your private key encrypted so when you open it you can view your info quickly. Destroy wallet crednetials removes that. You can always redo it later if you want.

If you gave someone the private key created while registering MEW, make sure they are staked and look into tutorials on changing keys. If you gave out your private key, airdrops should be the last fucking thing on your mind.

why doesnt EOS just put out a wallet thats trusted from it's site?

Block one only makes the backend, there's a wallet by Block one called Cleos with a command line interface. The GUI will have to be built by trusted 3rd parties, the same will happen for the hardware wallet btw. It's how Dan does things I guess, it was the same for steemit.
