Try scatter chrome extension wallet, it's pretty good. Assuming you registered and have Eos public /private key pair. The erc20 frozen tokens you have are no longer in use. Simply forget them.

Ethereum transactions have been reversed on a mass scale once. It happens everywhere. Bitcoin transactions can be messed up with, it only takes strong mining power to do so, and Chinese may need able to gain it

recieved a response back from eosauthority on my inquiry as to yesterday's events. They informed me that the arbitration directive was one that had to be complied with or resign from being a block producer. That clears up my question regarding whether anyone decided to go against the order.
