They put out very useful info quickly and their graphic designer is on point. The recent airdrop graphic was extremely well done. Subtle native american headdress themed. I love me some infographics but that was really stunning.

Yes, you can use them. EOS Voter by greymass is also recommended by many BPs and community members to use as a wallet. You'll still recieve airdrops as you have control of your keys, as long as you follow any requirements that the airdrop has.

There is something that I don't understand fully yet. Most airdrops so far used the genesis snapshot, most of the times it's >100= automatic and <100 = extra registration step. airdrops that don't use the genesis snapshot will look at the current EOS balance (probably?), my question: if your EOS is staked, will it still be counted for a >100\<100 EOS threshold?

@jaredfloyd The current EOS inflation is 5%, 4% of that inflation is used to fund the worker proposal fund and the other 1% is used to pay BPs. BPs can get paid in 2 ways: The top 21 BPs get paid block rewards for each block they produce, these rewards are equal for each top 21 BP. The other way to get paid is by getting votes. You get paid according to how many votes you have, you need at least 0,5% of all votes (earn 100 EOS per day) to get paid. That means that the top 53 BPs are currently getting paid. All other BPs below the 53th spot are not getting paid at the moment and are losing money as a result of it

That is also a reason why this treshold was imposed, but lowering it a bit should still ensure mostly quality candidates are selected and that it would be near impossible to just be a fake BP. There are also talks about making sure BPs have a good enough server infrastructure to be a BP, so there are no bad/fake BPs getting paid

The actual money that is paid that the BPs will have as an income for bills and life is a small fraction of what they are paid. They have a very active responsibility, maintain what could be considered a mini-data center and invest most into better the blockchain. It's well deserved and literally is based on the community's support.

To be honest with you - over time bps will push out smaller bpcs.. because of how much they earn and can spend on infrastructure- but building something for the community will get you votes. While in principal I agree with you that smaller (below 100 eos) bpcs are still valuable I think over time they will drop out.. having 21active and 21 stand by bpcs is not bad

Greymass released 1.0.7 with a "claim" feature because in some instances, tokens are not becoming unstaked after 3 days. If this happened to you, update to their latest version and claim your tokens. It's a different function from unstaking and should fix your issue.

Yes that is the default. Your tokens are staked 50/50 with 10 being immediately liquid. You can choose to unstake all or some and after 3 days, those unstaked tokens are liquid as well.

Yes mainnet live since 2017. All the ADA transactions are done in it. Smart Contract feature Oct/November this year. Testnets are to try the new smart contract features one is running now KEVM and IELE next month with a new K-framework for coding. IOHK develops ETC and has a partnership with ZENcash not moving away from ADA. Cardano will be the platforms for all blockchain sin the feature as they are very advanced with side chains research and implementation

Actually not a scam, that's what makes it worse imo. They are a well known and vital project for our scalability. Theyll take us up to 100k tps and eventually 1mm tps. It's just they are using sales gimmicks to push their price up so that when they sell the tokens they didn't airdrop, it will be for a high price. The gimmicks have had the opposite effect on me and I'm sure anyone else who has seen the truth.

No, you aren't able to move EOS from ETH wallet to EOS wallet. Your ERC-20 EOS is still in your ETH wallet and will be forever. A new token was created on the EOS chain. So, the airdrops will also stay on ETH, unless they decide to airdrop another on the EOS chain.

protect your private key. My personal experience is that other than voting and checking your balance, there's not much you can do to affect your balance or liquidity at this point. You might want to set up a scatter account so you're ready to act when the time comes.

The EOS in MEW are ERC20 token which were only used for the snapshot to verify how many EOS you have. Those tokens are now frozen forever. You're now able to access your native EOS on an EOS wallet using the EOS keys you got from registering.
