Never. The tokens were frozen and now on the BLOCKchain main net. If they are not registered it will take a bit of work, but registered tokens will be accessible by any legitimate wallets by entering your private key.

How it is possible?

Exchanges use placeholders for your balance and your balance doesn’t go onto the blockchain until you withdraw. This allows trading to continue and they have suspended EOS withdrawals until the swap.

You can use a bip39 key generator tool like https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ . If you use the eoskey.io tool to convert your ethereum private key to an eos one you will need to remove the "0x" prefix which the bip39 tool gave you. Scatter can convert also. Do need help?

This is not true. Amount of BPs does not equal a faster mainnet.

forexample you have 500 token and you give your vote to 5 bp's that count as 2500 token voted and its raise the total % also means go faster to 15%

My personal opinion is that the current sad state of the Voting is a reflection of the confidence the EOS token holders have of the current ABP. They are unable to rally the token holders to trust them enough to vote for them. Either the wallets develop are not easy to use, or the publicity or the lack of it to non Ebglish holders are non-existant. My personal view so you are free to disagree.
