Now, I generated fallback eos key based on my ethereum private key through scatter extension and can’t see the private eos key. I can see only public key. Also, just for a bit of reassurance, your EOS account was created. You can see it under the account name "ge4dqmbqgmge" by searching for it on eospark.com . So your EOS from your MEW were swapped over to the new EOS blockchain. You just have to use the fallback method to claim them as your own and retain your EOS keypair.

The ERC-20 EOS tokens exist on the ETH blockchain and don't matter anymore. Those are frozen and useless. They have been replaced by the EOS that now exist on the EOS blockchain.

Yes, a __proposal__ for a new consititution. Nothing has been officially voted on and accepted yet. The original constitution wasn't voted on either yet, it was more of an interim constitution until everything is ready to officially. vote in.

Your stake entitles you to a certain amount... the network is built so that if there is unused portions of resources on the network it is available to the community and prioritized... at least this was how I remember it

I would wait a long time before taking anything, also look for erc-20 tokens and write comments in etherscan. As a good human I would do all I could to exhaust trying to find the person before ever just claiming them as mine. Get creative, if it’s a large amount of any token, go and put your message out. Your other problem is going to be people saying they are theirs...have a plan and really think about how to solve this. If this was your cryptos, do what you would want someone else to do.

Is there any way to trace back to an exchange address that they may have used and needed to sign up for? Like if they bought on Binance and sent to their ETH wallet, it would so a tx. But would there be a way to get back to that address and maybe notify binance to notify the user? I guess that's a long shot...but I dunno.

Enter the EOS pub. Key into eosauthority(.)com and get the 12 character readable account name. Then head over to eosflare(.)io and enter the 12 character account name. This will show you if there are any votes or transactions made on the mainnet.

depending on whats the highest coin holdings...just make some announcements on those coins reddits, telegram, twitter etc asking if anyone has lost there keys. Tell them to tell you how much they had in their portfolio. Don't disclose this info. You'll then obviously know who's sincere if they can provide the right info.
