you do not get anything for voting, its like goverment voting, you pick the block producer and say "this block producer i trust, this can create blocks on eos" thats all, staked is technical, hard to explain now but basically its resource to do operation on eos, like ram, cpu, storage...

there is no reward of staking. stake used for dapps resource, dapps developers will stake their eoses in order to operate their daps. you can unstake your eoses and do what you want to do (transfer, sell..etc.)

Anybody know how I can transfer my EOS tokens to an exchange? They were regsitered fine for the EOS snapshot and have just been sitting in my ETH address since. As i've not been issued with any replacement tokens i'm assuming that I still use these ones to transfer to an exchange, but I thought I read somewhere that after the snapshot your EOS tokens were no longer transferable. Is that right?

i dont think staked tokens can be used to buy ram. you might still use the staked tokens and delegate them to another account to have them staked their to transfer cpu and network bandwidth but keep your own voting power.

I understand You can transfer the tokens using greymass, I haven’t used it myself, the problem is you don’t have anywhere to transfer them to as exchanges currently are not prepared for eos. I am trying to find out which will be the first exchange to be prepared and when but with no luck.

For most airdrops you won’t have to do anything. But check out websites with lists of incoming airdrops, if there are any actions you need to perform they should be listed there, in those cases be wary of scams.
