Exodus was very convenient to register for EOS. Just few clicks. Of course other wallets might be better.

Exodus treats airdrops like they currently handle unsupported ERC20 tokens. You’ll receive them and they’re technically stored in the wallet, you just can’t interact with them through the Exodus GUI.

Nah, I don't have the private keys to reimport them, so the left over ETH I had in them is gone. The seed pw only backs up the original account, and I had multiple accounts. As long as I have the EOS public/private keys that I indeed succesfully registered with those ETH addresses, I will be able to redeem the EOS on the main net. Lesson learned.

Also, you can see your balance of your EOS tokens to be 100% sure you have them by viewing eos.io/distribution which I confirmed the balances when I transferred it.

block producer voting...what is that?

Block producers are self starting entities that propose themselves to the community. They must offer network infrastructure to process tens of thousands of transactions per second. They are then elected by the community. There are 21 block producers in all and their reward for producing blocks and securing the network is the median amount published by all 21 block producers. At this point anyone can be a block producer and the community will choose the network they support come next June. Multiple people will arrange for a "genesis block" or the first block of the network but there's a chance they might fail as the community may go with a different genesis block. This system is called DPoS or delegated proof of stake. The block producer reward is the only means of network inflation, and should the community wish it, it can be capped at 5% per year.

Question guys. When I registered my ETH address, I printed the EOS key pairing I given. When I check to see if I am registered, I see the EOS public key, the same one as on my sheet of paper. I am worried I somehow re-registered the ETH address. If I see the same public key at EOSauthority.io that is on my print out, it would be impossible to have a different private key right?

@pascal I've been having the same question and this is what I found out... 1) The current airdrops are done based on the registered wallets on Erc20 network... 2) there are a lot of airdrops based on the snapshot taken on June 1 or 2 (still the Erc20 network) 3) future airdrops will probably not use snapshots from this chain anymore and use snapshots from mainnet
